As the ISPA returns to its state before Mandate control and other smaller nations return to normalcy two hundred years since the Mandate defeat, the Antian Empire goes on a completely different course.
With the ascension of Xylus, the political institutions of the Empire undergo severe reform. First under Emperor Theodat Kadwyn, government undergoes historic centralization as Antians realize Xylus will no longer come back to take the reins of the Empire when they need him. The Imperial Family are promoted as the successors of the Divine Rule of the past, and the duties and functions of the central government are expanded in the coming decades.
To counter ISPA influence, the Antian Empire establishes their own sphere of influence over the surrounding nations, including the Traxian Confederacy. Along with this, the Empire hopes to expand their power through border expansion.
Religious fervor and an adventuring spirit has taken hold of the Antian Empire, and with the Qzin slowly receding from the galaxy, the Divine Majesty has decided to officially begin a colonization effort into Qzin planets, which intelligence reports claim are uninhabited.
Preparation for the first colony has almost concluded, and the government is already picking the first settlers for the colony. The selection process is a secret as of now.
Since the Antians are the closest to former Qzin space, they have a unique opportunity for colonization which no other nation has, either they are too far from Qzin space or they do not have the resources or unity to pursue colonization.
