Average life span of well-enough off is between 125 and 150 years, all relatively active. Within the ISPA, in slums and for the less-well off (so for much of the population) the life expectancy is only half that—65 to 70 if the individual survives past 20.
Mandates possess life extending technology that enables longer life-spans (of up to 400 years depending on the caste and societal position of the individual).
The upper rungs of society consist of corporate type barons. Below are the “old” upper class who are more “respectable” and usually consist of old Ourak families (though not all).
Everyone else is below, with status varying some, but otherwise can all be lumped together.
